Terms of Service
Last updated 23 October 2026
Who we are
TikSense is operated by Auridien LLC, a limited liability company registered in Delaware, United States. In these terms, “we” and “TikSense” mean Auridien LLC, and “you” means the person or business using the product.
What TikSense does
You give TikSense a creator handle and a product category. We read that creator’s public TikTok activity, score how likely they are to sell a product like yours, and return a verdict with the evidence behind it.
Estimates, not promises
Every score, verdict and estimate in TikSense comes from public data and a model that reads it. That makes it an estimate. It is not a guarantee of sales, revenue, reach, or how any creator will behave, and it is not a substitute for your own judgement or for a contract with a creator.
Creator data changes constantly, and public figures can be wrong or missing. Some analyses carry less data than others, and the product tells you when that happens. Read the basis of an analysis before you act on it.
Your account
You need an account to run analyses. Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old, and you must be using TikSense for a business.
How you may use it
- Use it to decide which creators to work with, inside your own business.
- Share individual results with colleagues, and with creators you are talking to.
- Ask us to fix something, or tell us a result is wrong.
What you may not do
- Scrape, copy or resell our data, scores or results, or build a competing dataset from them.
- Share your account, or resell access to the product.
- Send automated requests to the service, or attempt to get around a limit.
- Use the product to harass a creator, or to collect personal data about one.
- Break the law, or use the product to help someone else break it.
Data we collect from TikTok
We read public TikTok data and keep it against your analysis so the result stays reproducible. We do not control that data, and TikTok can change or remove it at any time. Your use of TikTok is covered by TikTok’s own terms, not ours.
What you own, and what we own
You own your account details and the answers you give us about your own results. We own the product, the scoring method, the models we call, and the data we build up across analyses. We may use your results and answers, with your account details removed, to improve scores and reports for everyone.
Feedback you send us can be used without obligation to you. Results you get back are for your business, and you can keep and use them however you like.
Availability and changes
TikSense is in early access, which means it changes often. Features may be added, changed or withdrawn, and the product may be unavailable while we work on it. We do not offer an uptime commitment at this stage.
Fees
TikSense costs nothing today. If we introduce a paid plan, we will tell you before it starts, and we will not move something you already use behind a payment.
Ending your access
You can stop using TikSense at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that puts the service at risk, or that we are required to close by law. If we close your account for a reason other than a breach, we will tell you why.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, lost opportunities, or any indirect or consequential loss, and we are not liable for decisions you make about a creator or a partnership.
Our total liability for a claim connected to TikSense is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 US dollars if you have paid nothing. Some regions do not allow limits like these, in which case those limits do not apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and the courts of Delaware have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you a different right that cannot be set aside.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change we update the date at the top of the page. If a change reduces what you get or adds an obligation, we will email account holders before it takes effect.
