Privacy Policy

Who we are

TikSense is a product operated by Auridien LLC, a limited liability company registered in Delaware, United States. In this policy, “we” and “TikSense” mean Auridien LLC.

What this policy covers

This policy covers the website at tiksense.io and the analysis product behind it. It does not cover TikTok itself, or any other site you reach from ours.

What we collect

  • Account details. Your email address, and a password if you sign up with one. If you sign in with a third party, that provider tells us your email address and nothing else.
  • The analyses you run. The creator handle you enter, the product category you pick, and the results we produce. We keep these so you can open them again without paying for a second scrape.
  • What you tell us about a result. Star ratings, shortlist and avoid marks, and whether a partnership happened. These answers are what make the scores better over time.
  • Technical records. Error reports, page timing, browser type, and the approximate region a request came from. These help us find faults.

Creator data we look at

To analyse a creator we read information that is already visible to anyone on TikTok: the public profile, the videos on it, cover images, public view and like counts, and public comments. We do not access private messages, private accounts, or anything behind a login.

We store the copy we read against the analysis so the result stays reproducible. If you are a creator and want your public data removed, write to us at the address below and we will delete it.

Cookies

We set one cookie, and only after you sign in. It keeps your session open. We do not set advertising cookies and we do not run third-party trackers for advertising.

Who else processes your data

We use outside providers to run the product. Each one sees only what its job needs, and each is bound by its own agreement with us.

  • Supabase: database and sign-in.
  • Vercel: hosting and request logs.
  • Apify: collection of public TikTok profile and comment data.
  • AI model providers, currently Moonshot, OpenAI, Google and DeepSeek: reading the collected content and writing the analysis.
  • Helicone: logging of model requests so we can measure cost and faults.
  • Sentry: error reports.
  • Resend: delivery of account emails.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and your analyses while your account is open. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your account details, your analyses, and your answers about partnerships. We may keep a record that a deletion happened, and any record we are required to keep by law.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address at the bottom of this page and we will answer within 30 days. If you are in a region with its own privacy law, such as the EU or the UK, you also have the rights that law gives you, and we will honour them.

Where your data is processed

Our providers process data in the United States and in other countries where they operate. When data leaves your region we rely on the safeguards those providers have in place for international transfers.

Security

We restrict access to the production systems, keep keys out of the code, and check our access rules against the database. No service can promise perfect security. This page says what we do, so you can judge it.

Children

TikSense is a tool for businesses. It is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly hold data about children.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes we update the date at the top of the page. If a change affects what we do with data we already hold, we will email account holders before it takes effect.
